澳大利亞奮進獎學金（Endeavour Awards）是澳大利亞政府推出的一項頗具國際競爭性的獎學金計劃。該獎學金在擇優(yōu)選拔的基礎上，為亞太、中東、歐洲、美洲地區(qū)和各國人士提供各種赴澳大利亞學習、從事研究和個人職業(yè)發(fā)展的機會。該獎學金也為澳大利亞公民赴海外學習、從事研究和尋求個人職業(yè)發(fā)展提供資助。

澳大利亞奮進獎學金旨在：

來澳留學研究生總理澳亞獎學金（Prime Minister's Australia Asia incoming postgraduate Award）無需單獨申請。攻讀博士學位課程的研究生奮進獎學金（Endeavour Postgraduate Award）申請者中（僅限來自印度、印度尼西亞、日本、馬來西亞、韓國、新加坡、中國（含香港、澳門和臺灣）、泰國及越南等國）最優(yōu)秀的20位申請者將獲得總理澳亞獎學金（Prime Minister's Australia Asia Award），額外獲得3.5萬澳元的獎學金資助以及實習機會。

The Endeavour Awards is the Australian Government’s internationally competitive, merit-based scholarship program providing opportunities for citizens of the Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Europe and the Americas to undertake study, research and professional development in Australia. Awards are also available for Australians to undertake study, research and professional development abroad.
The Endeavour Awards aim to:
• Develop ongoing educational, research and professional linkages between individuals, organisations and countries;
• Provide opportunities for high achieving individuals to increase their skills and enhance their global awareness;
• Contribute to Australia’s position as a high quality education and training provider, and leader in research and innovation; and
• Increase the productivity of Australians through an international study, research or professional development experience.
The Endeavour Awards are a part of the Australia Awards initiative, which brings together, under a single recognisable brand, the Endeavour Awards run by the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR) and the Development Awards offered by AusAID. The top 20 ranked doctoral applicants for the Endeavour Postgraduate Award from India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Republic of Korea, Singapore, The People’s Republic of China (including Hong Kong and Macau SARs), Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam will be offered the Prime Minister’s Australia Asia Incoming Postgraduate Award and its additional benefits, which include an additional AUD$35,000 and the opportunity to participate in an internship.
